Qualifying service…………….10 yrs.
He was discharged with out pension.
Now as per Supreme Court ruling, such veterans are
eligible for
Special pension- Reservist pension.
We have prepared the related Annexure and guided him to
send it to his Naval Pension Office.
The veteran was happy with our action and thanked us for
this valuable help.
