The below mentioned veteran called on our office for verifying the correctness of his pension.

On verifying his PPO and pass book, we confirmed that he is being paid correct rate of pension.
But we noticed that he has not applied for Endorsement of Family pension so far.
Immediately, we prepared the Appensdix-I, annexure-II ,and guided him to forward the same through his PDA to record Office with out further delay.
The aged veteran was very happy with our action and thanked us for the timely help.
Our Trust is also happy in helping one more veteran for Joint Notification.
