Smt.Kasthuri , widow of Late s. Jaganathan Ex.Ts.Nk. approached us to get her family pension.

On interaction and verification of available papers with
her, we came to know that she was a Second wife. She was married to Late Ts.Nk after the
demise of First wife with no issue..
We understand that Smt.Kasthuri was told by her husband that there is
Defence pension for life after his demise if it happened..
But the 2nd
Marriage was not reported to Record
office , hence there was no Part II
order.
It is saddening to note that the Nk has TWO grown up children borne to 2nd
wife , one Studying in College and the
other one a Diploma. There is no Part
II order for children also. He died on 16-3-2012.
The poor lady thought that the pension will come
automatically but she was not aware of all these NON publications. Hence she
has to undergo untold miseries,
financial hardships and she has to go for a job in Match factory to pull on her
life with children. Lastly she approached us.
We made correspondences with all the authorities
concerned to get her rightful pension.
Despite our help, the poor widow had to run pillar to
post to fulfill all the procedures and formalities as instructed by the Record Office.
Our Exwel Trust also
approached all the available avenues and made sustained efforts to get her Part II order
Published, Claim forms filled and forwarded , rectified all the observations
made for getting her pension.
Lastly our
positive approach and efforts yielded fruits –
The widow is now
sanctioned with Family Pension and thus putting full stop for the suffering
of the innocent Widow . But for our Trust 's efforts, the widow would have not got this pension.
Our Trust is very much proud in helping an innocent
widow who was not briefed about the out
come after the death of her husband.
